Privacy Policy: Lisa Dove Watercolor Art maintains a strict privacy policy with regards to the information collection from our customers. Information collected will never be given out or sold. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. Any page with order information uses SSL encryption. A secure order form is used to collect visitor’s contact information (email, phone, name and address, etc.) and financial information (credit card numbers, etc.). Contact information from the order form is used to ship orders, and to contact the customer regarding a pending order. Credit card numbers are not stored in the database at any time. Customers on our mailing list will receive mailings no more than four times a month notifying them of specials and sales. They can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail.
Payment Policy: For the convenience of our customers, we accept the following method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. There is no surcharge for credit card purchases via Lisa Dove Watercolor Art. Your account will only be billed at the time of your order. To avoid fraud, our verification department requires you provide us with the exact address as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay and/or denial of processing your order.
Return Policy: All items are non-refundable unless they are delivered damaged.
Sale Items: Items offered at more than 25% off the original price can be exchanged for a different size or different item of the same discounted value only.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Email us at lisa@lisadovewatercolorart.com. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email. We will also need your email address and phone number. Lisa Dove Watercolor Art will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service department immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund which shall be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping, once Lisa Dove Watercolor Art has received and processed your return.
Return Instruction: Simply state whether you would like a credit or an exchange. Mail returns to: Lisa Dove Watercolor Art, PO Box 15036, Beverly Hills, CA 90209. Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. For your protection, we suggest you insure the package for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as USPS registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or Federal Express (FedEx). In the case of a product exchange, Lisa Dove Watercolor Art will cover the cost to re-ship the item back to the customer. If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
